Q. I bought tickets but my plans have changed and I want to attend on a different date or time. Can I do this?
Q. How do I do this?
- Visit www.theflowerfields.com.
- Buy tickets for the new date/time you want to attend.
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your original order number requesting a date/time change refund. (Your order # begins with “gn” and can be found on your confirmation email or e-tickets.)
- You don't need to do anything more. The See Tickets US team will find your new order, then cancel and refund the first order straight back to your card. Your old tickets will be invalid so please disregard them.
- Go to The Flower Fields with your new ticket(s)!

Q. Do I get service fees back when my old order is refunded?
A: Yes! When you exchange tickets for a new time or date you will be refunded the complete value, including service fees, of your original order.
Q. Can I swap used tickets for a new date or time?
A: No, unfortunately once the tickets have been scanned at the entrance, they are no longer eligible for a date or time change.
