- CAN ANYONE BESIDES THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER PICK UP AT WILL CALL?
  - Yes, so long as they have original purchase details (MOST EVENTS)
  - Original purchaser with proof of purchase (card + ID) ONLY (LARGER/HIGHER DEMAND EVENTS)
- COVID-19 POLICY: xBk strongly encourages the use of a mask while in the venue, however masking is no longer required. Note some artists may request patrons wear masks and/or show proof of vaccine or a negative test. Though this is not a general venue policy, we do want to make sure the artists performing at xBk feel safe and comfortable. We will be sure to inform you of shows that may have mask and/or vaccine card/negative test requirement.
