When will I be charged next for my payment plan? Can I change that date or pay early?

You can check your payment plan schedule by logging into your account and clicking the blue DETAILS button next to your order.


Then, click the PLAN DETAILS button to see the dates your payment plan will be charged.



Unfortunately, payment plans cannot be paid off early, nor can we change the date of when a payment plan is charged. Most events' payment plans have at least a 10-day grace period to retry a failed payment before the plan expires.
