Help, I can't print/view my PDF receipt/ticket!

  1. Login to your account. If you checked out as a guest, please sign in with the email you used for your purchase and select Forgot Password. You will receive an email to set a new password. Once that is set up, you will be able to log in to your account and see your Dashboard.

  2. Locate your order. If you do not find it easily, click the Full Purchase History link (may say Full Order History) which will populate all of your orders placed on this account.full-purchase-history.png
  3. Click the blue PRINT/DOWNLOAD button next to your order.


  4. A PDF will load that you can either print or show on your smartphone’s screen (make sure to turn your brightness up!)
