Will Call is a delivery option offered by ticketing vendors and event organizers as a way to prevent fraud by picking up purchased tickets on-site upon arrival to the event. It may also be used as an alternative to shipping tickets when there is not enough time for them to arrive prior to the event.

Here's how Will Call pick-up works:

• Provide the credit card used at purchase along with the purchaser's ID at the event's Will Call (often at the Box Office), which is located at the main entrance and usually open an hour prior to the event's start time.
• Anyone may pick up this Will Call order. Just provide them with a clear photo of the credit card that was used at purchase; and the credit card holder's ID. They can simply show this as a photo on their smartphone, or on a paper printout. If you are concerned about fraud, please block out everything but the last 4 digits of the credit card number, and the full name on the credit card and matching ID PRIOR to taking the photo.
