My order failed, what do I do now?

Please log in to your See Tickets US account to make sure the purchase was not processed, and double-check your bank/card account to ensure that there was not a successful charge.

If you do not see an order in your See Tickets account but see a pending charge in your bank or credit card account, please reference the following article: My order shows as "pending" in my bank account, but I don't see it in my See Tickets account.
