I chose to have my tickets shipped to me, why hasn't my order arrived yet?

  • Updated

There are a few different answers to this question based on the shipping method you selected at checkout:

  • If your tickets were sent out USPS First-Class Letter, they are shipped out the next business day from when you made your purchase and have no tracking number.
  • If your tickets were sent out via USPS First-Class Package or Priority Mail, there is a tracking number on your account that you can click to see where your package is located.

PLEASE NOTE: If you purchased tickets for a large festival, tickets do not ship until a few weeks prior to the event.

Unfortunately, tickets are sometimes stolen out of the mailbox or delivered to the wrong one.

No worries, to ensure your entry we are able to reissue your order over to Will Call for pickup or as a Print@Home ticket. We are unfortunately unable to reship orders.

Since reissuing tickets is an irreversible action, we suggest contacting your local post office, neighbors, and any other residents of the household first, just in case they have your order.

If you have discovered that you will not be able to receive your order, please contact us so we can reissue it for you.
