My order hasn't arrived yet.

There are a few different answers to this question based on the shipping method you selected at checkout.

If your tickets were sent out Standard Mail, they are shipped out the next business day from when you made your purchase and have no tracking number.

If your tickets were sent out via Critical Mail or USPS First-Class, there is a tracking number on your account that you can click to see where your package is located.

If you purchased tickets for a large festival, tickets do not ship until a few weeks prior to the event.

If you do not receive them within time for the event, please contact us and we’ll assist you.
