If you no longer possess the credit or debit card used to purchase your tickets, you can provide another "proof of purchase" along with your photo ID:
- a bank/credit/debit card statement showing the purchase (the name on the statement must match the photo ID)
- your confirmation email with the order details (the name on the order must match the photo ID)
- your receipt (available in the order details through your seetickets.us account)
These can either be printed out or shown on your phone.
