My tracking number shows my order was delivered but I have not received it.

Sometimes tickets are stolen out of the mailbox or delivered to the wrong one.

No worries, to ensure your entry we are able to reissue your order over to Will Call for pickup or as a Print@Home ticket. We are unfortunately unable to reship orders.

Since this is an irreversible action, we suggest contacting your local post office, neighbors, and any other residents of the household first, just in case they have your order. 

If you have discovered that you will not be able to receive your order, please contact us so we can reissue it for you.
