The event was canceled/postponed/rescheduled to a different date. What do I do?

If your event is postponed TBD or rescheduled to a new date, you will be contacted via email. Your tickets will generally be valid for the new date, unless you are notified otherwise.

If an event is canceled, you will be contacted via email and you are entitled to a refund of the price of your ticket. For canceled events, refunds are processed automatically so there is no need to contact us.

If no changes have been made to your event and you do not hear from us or the event coordinator, there is no need to contact us and tickets are still considered "final sale" per our terms of purchase, agreed to at checkout.
