How do I know if my order was processed successfully?

If your order has been processed successfully, you will also receive an email confirmation to the email address entered at checkout (be sure to double-check for typos!) and the purchase will be reflected on your bank account or credit/debit card statement. 

Please note that your confirmation email may be filed into your Junk or Spam folder; if you find that it has been delivered into that folder, mark it as "not spam" or "important" so you don't miss any emails from us in the future.

If you are concerned that you have not received an email confirmation of your purchase, please reach out to our Customer Support team so we can check to see that your order was successful.
