Can I do anything to protect my ticket from theft?

To prevent theft, do not make any copies of your ticket or post a photo or screenshot of it online. Be sure to keep wristbands in a secure place.

We do not re-ship tickets. If your physical ticket or wristband is stolen or lost, we can void the original and reissue you a new one to be picked up at the event's Will Call booth. If someone tries to use the voided ticket, it will not scan and they will be denied entry.
