How do I purchase tickets?

  1. On you can use the search bar at the top of the homepage or below the Top Events to find an event you want to attend.

  2. You are also able to look at events in your area by setting your location on the main page.

  3. Once you find an event you want to attend, hover over the event’s image, and select Get Tickets.

  4. Select the number of tickets you’d like to purchase, making sure to look at the ticket type, price, and amount of tickets you’re selecting.

  5. On the same page, you’ll select which shipping method you’d like from a list of available shipping methods for that specific event.

  6. If you have a promo code, you can enter it In the Promo Code field before you hit CHECKOUT.

  7. If you aren’t already logged into a See Tickets account, the system will ask you to login. If you have purchased on the site before, please login with the same email address. If it is your first purchase, you can create a new account or checkout as a Guest and an account will be created for you, associated with the email address you enter at checkout.

  8. After the sign in page, you’ll be taken to the checkout page. This page is where you’ll be reviewing your order.

  9. Make sure to read the Terms of Purchase before checking the box to agree. You’ll have to agree to the Terms of Purchase before being able to proceed with the purchase.

  10. Make sure everything is correct before finally clicking PROCESS MY ORDER.

  11. Congratulations, you’ve just purchased tickets on See Tickets US!

  12. Check your email for a confirmation email.
    Please check your Spam or Promotions folder in your email, just in case our email got stuck there (then make sure to mark our email as 'Not Spam', so it doesn’t happen again).

  13. You can view your new purchase anytime by logging into your account.
