My tickets are for an event in the United States

To make any changes to your order, including name, email, or phone number, to process exchanges, download tickets, or resend confirmation emails, navigate to the Contact page from your event's main page. From there, you will be able to access your Customer Support resources. Please note that you will need to provide your order number and zip code to make any desired changes.

If you do not have your order number, provide the email address associated with your order and the order details will be emailed to you.  

If you need to contact US-based Customer Support, please navigate to See Tickets US Customer Support and click the Help button in the lower right corner for immediate assistance.

You have reached the Help Desk for North American-based SeeTickets.US. The event that you are inquiring about is sold through UK-based SeeTickets.com. We are unable to assist as the orders are in separate databases.
