Why were the tickets I chose to purchase more expensive after I put them in my cart?

  • Updated

It is very common for thousands of people to queue in our virtual waiting room/lobby prior to a major on-sale. As customers are gradually let into the ticketing page, they can select the same ticket types and quantities at the same moment, down to the millisecond.

Unfortunately, because there may be only a certain amount of tickets available for each price tier, this causes some people's cart to be filled with tickets from next available tier.

All ticket types and prices are clearly summarized before the order is processed so the customer is fully informed before paying. All sales are final once you successfully process your order, per the terms agreed to at checkout. No partial refunds can be granted.
