On Tuesday, 9/21/2021, all Imagine Music Festival 2021 ticket holders were emailed instructions on how to request a refund via a specific form that was to be filled out and submitted by 9/26/2021. 

We at See Tickets are authorized to issue refunds ONLY for requests that were submitted via this form.

If you did NOT fill out the refund request form, your ticket order(s) will be valid for the new event's dates!

As previously stated in the original cancellation email sent by Iris Presents, there will be another refund window opened once the Imagine Music Festival 2022 lineup is announced. These dates are still TBD, so please stay tuned for more information from the festival organizer and we appreciate your patience.
