  • REFUND/EXCHANGE/UPGRADE POLICIES
    • Will refund requests be approved?
      • No, all sales are final
    • Are exchanges/upgrades approved?
      • Can I upgrade my GA ticket to VIP / GA+/La Playa? As long as there is inventory remaining, you can upgrade your pass types. You must first purchase the upgraded pass type and provide both order numbers to See Tickets Customer Support to receive your refund.
      • Can I upgrade my ticket to a ticket with shuttle? Yes, you must purchase a 3-Day GA w/ Shuttle, 3-Day GA+ w/Shuttle, 3-Day VIP w/ Shuttle, 3-Day La Playa w/ Shuttle and provide both of your completed order numbers to help@seetickets.us. Once your order status has been confirmed, a refund of your original pass type will be issued to the original payment method that was used. Alternatively a customer can be advised to purchase a 3-Day Shuttle pass, as those pass types will also be available.
      • I meant to pick the payment plan option and paid in full by accident. Can I cancel it and choose a payment plan instead? If your paid-in-full purchase was an accident, then potentially YES- please reach out to See Tickets Customer Support as soon as possible after your purchase to see if you are eligible for this type of exchange. For example, if you contact Customer Support 30 days later after your initial purchase, your request will be denied. Please note: you will be required to make a new purchase on the payment plan before you are refunded for your paid-in-full purchase.
