CANCELLATION DETAILS

As a reminder, all 2022 ticket holders will be honored in 2023. Each ticket will maintain its current benefits, in addition to new upgraded benefits described below if you choose to roll over to 2023.

• 3-Day GA ticket holders who retain their ticket(s) will be upgraded to VIP for the 2023 event.
• 3-Day VIP ticket holders who retain their ticket(s) will receive exclusive side-stage access and seats for the 2023 event.
• 3-Day Ultimate VIP ticket holders who retain their ticket(s) will receive backstage access and 50% off merch for the 2023 event.

For ticket holders interested in a refund, please fill out this form to request a refund. The deadline to request a refund is Wednesday, June 1, 2022, 11:59 PM (CST). Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the deadline. If you wish to attend Spring Awakening 2023, please do nothing and your tickets will remain valid.

IMPORTANT:
- Once refunded, orders cannot be reinstated.
- Refunds will be issued to the card used on the original transaction. *If your card is no longer in use we can send the refund to a different card, but only after we see that it fails when refunding to the card on file.
- We can not refund parts of orders. All tickets within the order will be refunded.
- If you have multiple orders, you must complete one form per order.
